Experience in the field.CustomerConteX project consultants have been solving problems and increasing the profit line in the public and private sector for more than twenty years. Their solutions are job specific and competency-based and emphasize the building of working relationships between employees and customers.

Training and development positions in the financial services, retail sales, manufacturing and service sectors have given CustomerConteX project consultants the experiences needed to “hit the ground running” and accomplish objectives within specific timeframes and within budget. For example, if you are launching a new product or service we can help you build regular communication links between corporate and field sales staff by revising and writing new procedures, writing and editing new product knowledge training materials and coordinating the development of workshops and teleconferencing sessions. As well, given our manufacturing experiences we can project manage the design and delivery of managerial and technical or “shop floor” training programs for operations, maintenance and management personnel.

We are experienced presenters and facilitators and we have worked nationally in Canada and internationally in the United States, Indonesia and Barbados.

CustomerConteX project consultants have education degrees and certificates including graduate degrees in Educational Technology and Human Resource Management.
